LiteSpeed Web Server has long been the 4th most popular HTTP server and the 2nd most popular commercial server on the web. LiteSpeed Technologies announced today that it has joined the open source community with the release of OpenLiteSpeed 1.0. We hope that those of you looking for a free, open source option will find OpenLiteSpeed meets your needs.
